To new and existing customers, or if you’re just passing by, if you’ve been happy with our service and would like to recommend a friend or family member, you will receive £50 for every successful referral as a gesture of our appreciation.
The number of referrals you make is unlimited, so spread the word and start receiving the benefits.
How do I refer someone?
It’s easy, just ask your friend or family member to contact us below and ask them to quote your name. If we’re able to help, we will start the process as soon as they’re ready.

In order to qualify for the Refer a Friend scheme, the clients that have been recommended to us must pay the one-off arrangement fee. (details of our fees can be found under the ‘Mortgages’ tab on our website). The referral fee will only be paid upon completion.
